High Speed Rolling Stacking Door
HIGH SPEED ROLLING STACKING DOOR
Door leaf: 1.0mm high density polyester fiber imported from France. Yellow, blue, orange, white, gray and half-transparent yellow can be selected. Cooperated by wind resist steel pipes (strengthen pipes, with wind resistance wheels). Wind load capacity reaches to 9-11 Beaufort. (Due to the door's width).The transparent window can be optional. It is 1.5 mm thick, transparent PVC soft sheets.
Track and roller cover: 2.0-2.5mm thick high quality cool-molding steel, with high quality automotive spray paint (or electrical powder coating). The motor cover is 4.0mm thick. Standard color is ivory-white (a little milky yellow).
Track: Big track with liner of wind resistance structure.
Mode of opening: The roller rolls up the strap which pulls up the sectional leaf strengthened by the steel tube. The leaf staking upon top is like the single wing of a butterfly.
Sealing: Good sealing and decrease the noise by the sealing brush in the trackA reinforced airtight fabric at the bottom of the door provides the best possible match to any uneven floor surface.
Safety Device1: Photocell safety. When the door is falling down, if any object blocks the ray, it will rebound to the top to prevent goods or persons. When closing, if a person or an object is passing or touching it, the bottom safety will order the control box, to change the motor's direction and open the door back to top, to make sure the person or object uninjured.
Safety Device 2(as option)Safety bottom edge. The door will open to top if blocked when closing, to prevent goods or men. When the door is closing, if a person or an object is passing or touching it, the bottom safety will order the control box, to change the motor's direction and open the door back to top, to make sure the person or object uninjured.

With over hot proof and overloading proof.
Control unit: The control box is managed by PLC. The component is from Denmark . The control box has open, close and stop function. Low voltage push button, safety and good quality.
Speed: The open and close speed is 0.8m/s.
Emergency operate device for power failure: Manual swing bar which can open or close the door
Automatic open type: pull roperemote, loop detector, radar as optional control mode.
