Automatic sliding glass door operator for door and frameless glass doors
(1) Motor:
The motor is brushless 24 VDC with built-in optical sensor for precise movement, quiet operation, maintenance free, high torque and high operating speed.
(2) Controller:
The intelligent controller unit can be programmed to connect to any safety/alarm system, self-monitor and calibrate, and store all data for door travel and brake position.
(3) Ups
The operator has built-in uninterruptible power (battery backup) operation and safety during a power failure.
(4) Belt drive
The drive is through a toothed belt that is reinforced by a fiberglass tensile member and has a nylon facing surface for protecting the teeth on the pulley. This combination produces a silent and accurate operation.
Tracking tracks are self-cleaning bilinear cues. The upper rail is made of a stronger, stronger alloy 6351T6 that can be replaced without moving the beam. The wheeled cart is equipped with an anti-lifting wheel to make the door very strong and operates without any shelves.
