1. The thickness of aluminum insulated panel is at least 40mm, the panel surface with anodized and organic
coloring treatment.
2. Door frame choose senior environmental and high quality galvanized sheet, through precision cutting, CNC
bending and other good molding processes, the thickness is 3mm, can protect the cover not to be rust, with
excellent appearance, dust-proof and easy to clean.
3. Lifting guide rail use double helix turbo guide rail, thus the door can run quietly and smoothly.

4. Guiding structure:

resistance, which is 3-5 times of galvanized axis.

6. Safety devices:
1) The door is equipped with the infrared safety protection electric eye: there is a pair of radio eyes at both sides
of the doorframe, when there is an obstacle beneath the rapid door, the door will remains open status; If there is
object through the door during the door lowering, the door will move to the open position, and then fall again until
there is no obstacle beneath the door.
2) The bottom safety protection borders: during the door lowering, since the object is in the blind area of infrared
safety protection, when the underneath obstacle is pressed under the door, the door will rebound to the earliest
open position quickly and to protect the object or pedestrian under the door to avoid accidents effectively.
